What happens after you reach out
It starts with a call. Usually 20 to 30 minutes. We'll ask about your business, how your books are kept today, what filings you might be behind on, and what's actually keeping you up at night. No sales pitch. No pressure to sign anything.
If it looks like a good fit, we'll send you a clear proposal with a flat fee — so you know exactly what's included and what it costs before any work starts. And honestly? Most people are relieved to finally have it all spelled out.
Once you're in, onboarding takes about a week. We collect your CRA authorization, pull your prior-year filings, set up your bookkeeping file, and introduce you to the team members who'll be handling your work. From there, one firm does your books, HST, payroll, T2, and T1 — all reviewed by a senior accountant before anything gets filed.
